Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Laser247 platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Laser247 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Laser247 platform.
1. General Terms
1.1 Laser247 (referred to as “the Platform”, “we”, or “us”) operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible via www-laser247.com and the official Laser247 mobile applications.
1.2 The Platform is operated under a Curacao eGaming licence. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are using the Platform entirely at your own risk and discretion.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the player and the Platform and supersede all previous communications and representations regarding the subject matter herein.
1.4 Laser247 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 To register a Laser247 account, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.2 Each player may only hold one Laser247 account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, promotions, or account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
2.3 You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information, including false identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Laser247 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
2.5 Laser247 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any account holder at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder’s own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₹100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500.
3.3 Laser247 processes withdrawals within 24 hours for standard accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
3.4 Laser247 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
3.5 Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incomplete KYC verification will be held pending document submission. The player will be notified of the required documentation via their registered contact details.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by Laser247 are subject to individual bonus terms including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds requirements, and eligible market restrictions.
4.2 The welcome bonus of 100% up to ₹20,000 is available to new accounts only, on the first deposit only, and is subject to a minimum deposit of ₹500. Wagering requirements apply before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Laser247 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
4.4 Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple account registration, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
4.5 Accumulator bonuses of +10% on net winnings apply to qualifying 3-leg or longer accumulators where each selection meets the minimum 1.40 odds requirement. The bonus is calculated on net winnings and credited within 30 minutes of the final leg settling.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and event. Market rules are available within each market listing on the Platform.
5.2 Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or edit bet facility on the specific market.
5.3 In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for the specific sport and event type. In most cases, unplayed events result in void bets with stakes returned.
5.4 Laser247 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error in odds pricing, rule violation by a player, or circumstances outside the Platform’s control that materially affect the integrity of a market.
5.5 The Platform does not restrict accounts or reduce stake limits solely on the basis of consistent profitability. Winning players are welcome. Stake restrictions may be applied in cases of confirmed rule violations or fraud.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 Laser247 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players who wish to restrict their betting activity may use the deposit limit, loss limit, session time reminder, and self-exclusion tools available in the Responsible Gaming section of their account.
6.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Temporary self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.
6.3 Laser247 prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Laser247 Platform and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

- Exploiting technical errors, platform glitches, or pricing mistakes
- Collusion with other players to manipulate markets or outcomes

- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Laser247 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
8.2 The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis and Laser247 makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of information provided on the Platform.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Laser247’s liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao under the terms of the Platform’s eGaming licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curacao unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
