Terms and Conditions for Laser247 Accounts

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Laser247 website and betting platform. By creating a Laser247 ID, depositing funds or placing a bet, you agree to them. Please read them before you start. Effective date: October 2026.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
Only one account is permitted per person. Accounts opened for someone else, or additional accounts opened by the same person, may be closed.
The name, mobile number and city you give at signup must be accurate. Withdrawals are made only to a bank or UPI account in the account holder’s name.
You are responsible for making sure that using the platform is permitted where you live.

2. Your account and security

Your Laser247 ID and password are personal. Do not share them. Bets placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
Five failed login attempts within 15 minutes lock the account for 30 minutes. Repeated locks may require verification through WhatsApp.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. We send email and SMS alerts for unusual login activity.
Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₹500. Accepted methods include UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, net banking and IMPS. Deposits normally reflect within 60 seconds.
Withdrawals to UPI are normally processed within 8-10 minutes. A first withdrawal, or any withdrawal above ₹50,000, may take up to 30 minutes and may require KYC documents.
We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals.
Funds deposited must be used for betting on the platform. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be reviewed for fraud.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Bonus offers change with promotions. Confirm the active offer with our WhatsApp team before you deposit.
Wagering requirements and any other conditions are disclosed before you accept a bonus.
Bonuses cannot be added to a deposit after it has been made.
We may withdraw a bonus, and winnings from it, where the bonus terms have been breached or abused.

5. Betting rules

Laser247 is an exchange. A back bet or lay bet is only live once it is matched with another player. Unmatched bets can be cancelled before the market closes.
Once matched, a bet cannot be cancelled by either side.
A commission of 2-5% is charged on net winnings in a market. The applicable rate is shown before you confirm a bet. No commission is charged on losing bets.
Markets are settled on the official result declared by the sport’s governing body or match officials.
If a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated window, or has no official result, bets in affected markets are voided and stakes returned, unless the market rules state otherwise.
Obvious pricing errors or bets matched after the outcome was already known may be voided.

6. Prohibited conduct

The following lead to suspension or closure of the account and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings:

Holding more than one account, or using an account on behalf of another person.
Bonus abuse, including coordinated betting between accounts to extract bonus value.
Automated betting, bots, scripts or any tool that places or modifies bets without manual action.
Chargebacks or reversing a deposit after it has been credited.
Using stolen payment instruments, false identity documents or false information.
Attempting to interfere with the platform, other players or the integrity of a market.

7. Limits, reviews and suspension

We may set betting or deposit limits on an account for security, responsible gaming or risk reasons.
Unusual activity, such as sudden very large bets or patterns that suggest multiple accounts, may trigger a manual review. Reviews are normally completed within 24 hours of KYC being supplied.
During a review we may hold withdrawals. Funds that belong to you and are not the subject of a breach are released once the review is complete.

8. Responsible play

Deposit limits, self-exclusion and session reminders are available on request. A self-exclusion applies for the period chosen and cannot be lifted early. See our responsible gaming page.

9. Liability

Betting involves the risk of losing the money you stake. You bet at your own risk.
We are not responsible for losses caused by interrupted internet connections, device failure, or delays outside our control, although we will investigate any dispute in good faith.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or obligations change. The effective date shows the current version. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Bets placed before a change are settled under the rules in force when they were matched.
